This detached villa is right by the sea and a beautiful swimming bay in Tricase Porto, about 27km from Otranto. The villa is surrounded by lovely Mediterranean vegetation and is in one of the most beautiful parts of Puglia.

There is a big living room with a dining table and a sofa, as well as a rocking chair. An open fireplace creates a rustic and cosy atmosphere. There is one bedroom with a double bed and another bedroom with a double bed and two single beds. The kitchen has a gas stove and an oven, a dishwasher and everything you need for preparing meals. The bathroom comprises a free-standing bath, a shower and WC. The interior is functional and especially the bathroom has an original décor. Air conditioning is available.

The terraces afford a lovely view of the sea and the creek and you can lie in the sun here or use the grill and dine outdoors. You can cool off under the outdoor shower and many loungers and a hammock invite you to relax. A roofed parking space is available for your car. The property has a swimming pool with sea view outside for common use.
