The flat is centrally located in the residence arranged in a courtyard around the swimming pool and in a quiet area on a private road near the lake, very nice for walks. The house is also suitable for dog owners. The owner is always present and available for information or guests' needs

The porch is the size of a living room and is airy and shady even at midday. It has a red brick fireplace for grilling and a white plastic table and chairs. From here you can look out over the greenery and the pool.
The boiler room is in front of the entrance to the flat and serves as a practical storage room for cleaning utensils, clotheslines and so on. A hoover, iron, ironing board, fan and hairdryer are provided on request.
The beach is within walking distance, and there are convenient storage facilities in the vicinity where you can rent boats and be taken out onto the water directly.
