The residence is close to the small village of Manerba in a convenient position to reach the beaches but not to be disturbed by the large summer traffic of guests in the area. The house is surrounded by greenery and is a good starting point for walks in and around the Parco della Rocca. There are numerous sports facilities and famous places to visit in the surroundings.
The three-room flat is located on the 1st floor and has 4 beds, a double bedroom and another large attic room reached by a spiral staircase. There is a well-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher and the refrigerator has a freezer compartment. The flat also has a safe, wifi, heating and air conditioning, a furnished lake-view terrace with a fireplace for cooking, and a reserved parking space.
The garden for relaxation is very large, entirely fenced in and with many types of aromatic plants, the swimming pool is protected by gated access, has a heated shower and is equipped with a solarium with two sun loungers per flat. There is a new bike storage room, protected by video alarm and available to guests.
In a small residence surrounded by olive trees with swimming pool and garden, the small residence "Corte degli Olivi Residence" offers 4-bed flats with country and shabby style inspiration. Fully furnished, bright and autonomous with cosy entrance, living room and spacious rooms, safe, bathroom with shower, shady loggias with fireplace for cooking. Internal and reserved parking, equipped solarium. The special family management of the residence has always meant a welcome and pleasant holiday as in a private home. The reception desk is equipped with all local information and tourist information. Recently made BIKE FRIENDLY the house is close to the lake, the historic centre of the village, in the middle of paths for relaxing walks in the hills with opportunities for golf, tennis, horse riding, boat cruises, boat hire, or jet skis in the area. The area is in the heart of the Valtenesi region similar to Tuscany in terms of wine and olive oil routes, the flavours of the local cuisine and offers guests excellent restaurants and many cultural or sporting attractions due to its proximity to renowned localities such as Salò, Desenzano and Sirmione.
The Valtenesi area that surrounds the whole of Manerba is similar to Tuscany in terms of landscape, rich in vineyards and many olive trees. There are many small restaurants offering excellent local products, and the surrounding wine cellars have the best wine and olive oil of Lake Garda. Famous towns such as Salò, Desenzano, Sirmione, and the beautiful cities of Verona and Brescia are easily accessible by car; the Desenzano railway station is also excellent for travelling to Venice by train.
