The kitchen-living room is equipped with a TV with satellite channels, a dining area and a kitchenette. The kitchen is fully equipped with a cooker, oven, microwave, cutlery and crockery.

The lake with direct access is only a five-minute walk away. The lakeside bay is one of the most beautiful on Lake Garda with the Conigli and Isola del Garda, which can be reached by boat. Just a few kilometres away are the towns of Salò and Desenzano. The mountains can also be reached quickly.

In January 2019 the flat was renovated and improved, making it even cleaner, more practical and elegant.

The owner lives in the adjacent complex.
