This stylish apartment is in an absolutely central location in the beautiful town of Cortona, right opposite the Signorelli theatre.

It is on the first floor of a majestic building from the 15th century, the Palazzo Tommasi-Fierli. It was completely refurbished in 2015 and decorated with attention to detail and with modern comfort, whilst preserving the original character of the building. The apartment has two bedrooms for a total of four people. The larger bedroom has a magnificent double bed (180 x 200cm). The smaller room has two single beds (90 x 200cm), which can also be joined together as a double bed. The bathroom is also luxurious, with a steam bath and shower for two people, including a colour therapy function and relaxing background music. The kitchen is fully-equipped with an oven, dishwasher, microwave, kettle, espresso machine, sandwich toaster and a dining space for four people. The living room has a sofa and satellite TV (3D, 42”). The window looks out directly at the square in front of the theatre. The accommodation provides heating, a washing machine and a dryer, a hairdryer, an iron and ironing board. Handmade terracotta tiles, ceilings with wooden beams and selected details round off the very tasteful interior. Access to the Internet is free via “Cortona Free WIFI” (registration at FreeLuna required.)

The apartment is accessed via the stairwell, which provides direct access to a charming café-bar on the ground floor. As the building has a number of residential units, mutual consideration is a must. It is not far from the house to public car parks, some free of charge.

Guests who wish have the possibility of having meals served at home directly from the "Nessun Dorma" restaurant which is located in the same building just below the apartment. For the costs and conditions of this service, guests will have to contact Mr. Maurizio or Mrs. Daniela directly who will be happy to cook for you. N.B. The apartment is not only suitable for a holiday, but can also be rented at other times of year and for other events. Owing to the location in the centre there are shops within 100 metres. In the magic city Cortona visitors have the possibility to use the pool "Monti del Parterre" which is a public place with spectacular view on the Medici-castle, the sanctuary of Santa Margherita.
