The living area (approx. 900 m²) of this house is on three levels. The smaller dining room is equipped with gas heating. There is also a guest bathroom with a washing machine. The house has two entrances. On the first floor there are two bedrooms (with a connecting door) and a bathroom with a bathtub.

On the second floor are three suites. The first suite has two bedrooms with a double bed (160 cm x 190 cm) and a bathroom with a bathtub. The bedrooms are adjoining. The second suite has a bedroom with a double bed (160 cm x 190 cm), a bedroom with a single bed (80 cm x 190 cm) and a desk, and a bathroom with a bathtub. The third suite has a double bed (160 x 190 cm), a sofa bed (130 x 180 cm), a desk, and a bathroom with shower. The house also has a winter garden. The holiday accommodation is equipped with an oil-fired boiler.

The house, which dates back to the 1500s, served as accommodation for the Carthusians of the nearby monastery and was confiscated by Napoleon in 1807. After the fall of Napoleon, it belonged to various nobles. Giacomo Puccini was a frequent guest in this house.

Inside the house you will find a large area with a gazebo, furnished with table and chairs, as well as a reading corner (with table and chairs) from which you can enjoy the breathtaking view of the sea, the lake, the mountains and the olive grove. There is also a storage room and a room with a large wood-burning oven on either side. A small staircase leads to the swimming pool, equipped with sun loungers, parasols and tables. Adjacent to the pool is an area equipped for outdoor dining with a gas barbecue, gas cooker and three large tables with chairs.
