The flat is located on the ground floor of a semi-circular terraced complex and overlooks a pleasant central square with stone paths and lush Mediterranean shrub beds. The complex is in the centre of the quiet residential area called Pinus Village and is located at the end of the Santa Margherita di Pula coastline, 150 metres from the nearest beach and in a strategic position to reach in a few minutes all the most beautiful beaches of the south west coast of Sardinia: Nora, Santa Margherita di Pula, Chia, Tuerredda, Porto Tramatzu and Porto Pino.

The one-bedroom apartment is on a single level and is accessed from the residence's internal square: a stone path will lead you to the covered outdoor veranda equipped with table and chairs, a sliding glass door will lead you to the living room complete with kitchenette (4 gas rings, pots and pans and crockery, refrigerator with freezer compartment, satellite lcd tv), internal table and double sofa bed; a small ante-bathroom separates the living area from the bathroom with crystal shower box and from the double bedroom (bed can be doubled into 2 singles on request) complete with chest of drawers and capacious wardrobe. The bedroom window is fitted with a mosquito net.Everything has been recently renovated and finished with functional furniture and small Sardinian textile handicrafts.
On request we can provide a hairdryer, beach umbrella, microwave, kettle, iron and ironing board.

Each flat has a covered veranda equipped with a table and 4 chairs for outdoor use. In front of the veranda is an internal circular area shared with the other flats in the residence (entrance permitted to residence guests only), where there are flowerbeds with Mediterranean plants interspersed with stone pathways leading to the exits and to the splendid swimming pool for the exclusive use of residence guests, with a circular pool and a children's pool.There is a snack bar by the pool where guests can sip drinks or have breakfast.The flat and all the common areas are easy to reach because they have no architectural barriersAll around the structure there is a reserved unguarded parking area and several free public parking areas.Near the structure there is a children's playground, a tennis court and the local bus stop connecting Pinus Village to Pula

There is a wifi connection shared with the guests of the residence, included in the price of your stay.All common areas are barrier-free and the beach also has a walkway for access and an area reserved exclusively for the disabled with dedicated sun loungers and parasols.The entire residential area is immersed in a pine forest that provides shade and coolness.On request, we can provide guests with a parasol and beach games free of charge.

The nearest beach (Pinus Village beach) is only 150 metres from the flat and is a delightful cove of fine white sand and gently sloping crystal-clear sea (a typical feature of this stretch of coastline) and therefore particularly suitable for children.Just a few metres away (which can also be reached on foot via a path along the coast) is the beach of Santa Margherita di Pula. Another path leads to the first beach of Chia: it is a path along the coast that was an ancient Roman road connecting the city of Nora (now Pula) to Bithia (now Chia), with a panoramic view of the sea and surrounded by Mediterranean scrub, along which there are descents to some coves.At 4 km begins the coast of Chia, with its beautiful beaches of fine white sand, dunes and the possibility of numerous sports (windsurfing, kitesurfing, diving, snorkelling, beach volleyball, trekking and horseback riding), followed by Tuerredda and the entire southwest coast to the promontory of Cape Teulada, where the coves of Cala Zafferano and Cala Piombo can be visited by sea.At 12 km, the town of Pula offers the possibility of visiting the archaeological area of Nora and the sea turtle recovery centre Laguna di Nora, as well as a lively nightlife with many clubs and shops open in the evening and shows in the main square.For nature lovers, a few kilometres away you will find the forest of Is Cannoneris (the largest holm oak forest in Europe) or the forest of Pixinamanna, near Santadi you can also visit the beautiful caves of Is Zuddas.Finally, Cagliari is only 40Km away.The nearest supermarket is 1.5Km away
