Location: Beautiful rustico, recently renovated, situated in a property of over 8,000 square metres. Quiet and panoramic position. The beautiful holiday home is accessible by a typical hill road with some bends, but easily accessible. Stone walls, a large swimming pool 11 x 3 x 1.40 metres (open from April to the end of October) and 2 whirlpools with heated water, illuminated waterfall jet with fantastic night light games. All this awaits our guests. Solarium with a marvellous view of the Camaiore valley and as far as the sea. On clear days you can admire the island of Gorgona and the mountains of Corsica. The house, the garden and the pool are for the exclusive use of the customer, there are no common areas to be shared with other families. Camaiore with its charm is less than a kilometre away and the sandy beach of Versilia can be reached in 20-25 minutes by car.

Facilities: ground floor with two separate areas: bedroom, reading corner and private bathroom and adjoining, with separate entrance, 40 m² suite with double bed, fitness area, table with chairs, relaxation area, private bathroom.
Returning outside and climbing a beautiful stone staircase, you reach the veranda with tiled roof and old Tuscan rafters. On hot summer days, a white awning protects from the sun contour of the pools (swimming pool and jacuzzi). You will find a wood-fired oven to bake grilled pizzas, focaccias or whatever your imagination suggests, table with chairs for unforgettable lunches and dinners, comfortable deckchairs to enjoy.
This area leads directly into the kitchen with old brick floors, a central table, old stone sink, electric oven, dishwasher, fridge, freezer and all the necessary appliances and utensils.
In the old Tuscan stone corner, framed by two armchairs, you will find a cupboard and a large fireplace to enjoy moments of relaxation or to read a good book.
Through an opening with reclaimed antique wooden lintel you enter the room with old Tuscan brick floor, antique table with upholstered chairs covered in white and white fabric, large and comfortable white sofa, shabby furniture, a sofa with lamp to cradle still well read.
Large glass windows to admire again a breathtaking view.
The day floor brick staircase leads to the sleeping area where there is a hallway opening to the master bedroom with antique stained bed headboard and behind it a beautiful reclaimed stone wall, small window, white wardrobe, en-suite bathroom with shower and hand tiled majolica floor tiles, walk in wardrobes, with stairs down to the twin bedroom and en-suite shower room.
Simply fantastic and relaxing.
