The holiday home residence Piccolo is located 600 metres from the beautiful sandy beaches of Balestrate. The flats overlook the Gulf of Castellammare. The residence is located in a quiet peripheral area 500 metres from the centre of Balestrate.

The residence offers free fenced parking, there are also two outdoor showers for common use, a gas barbecue, two washing machines for common use, and bins for differentiated waste.
In the summer there is a swimming pool equipped with deckchairs and parasols.

The residence consists of 6 flats with 3 to 7/8 beds, equipped with air conditioning . Our guests can also enjoy a large swimming pool set up in a place overlooking the sea and equipped with a solarium where there are relaxing deckchairs. All flats have free Wi-Fi. The flat has a living room with a kitchen with a gas cooker and a sofa bed, 2 bathrooms, two bedrooms, 1 with a double bed and 1 with two single beds that can be joined and become a double bed. Outside it has a veranda with a view of the sea and a large shared car park.

From Balestrate you can easily reach Castellammare del golfo, Scopello, the Zingaro Nature Reserve, Segesta, San Vito Lo Capo,Marsala, Erice, Trapani and Palermo.
