The apartment is located inside the Residence Badus, in the pleasant and quiet town of Badesi, less than 3 km from the wide sandy beaches of Li Junchi and Li Mindi.

Residence Badus is located just 200 metres from the centre of Badesi. The structure is divided into two complexes and includes a bar and a restaurant. The Badus offers to guests many free services: parking, swimming pool, small playground, petanque court, shared barbecue with picnic area, TV room. A laundromat is also available (extra service to be paid).

The apartment includes: a living room with equipped kitchenette and double sofa bed, a bedroom, a bathroom with shower. Inside the flat, you will find all the comforts to make you feel at home: TV, safe, hairdryer, iron and ironing board, air conditioning, microwave, Wi-Fi connection, equipped veranda or balcony. Moreover, inside the flat you will find a beach umbrella and two sun chairs to take with you during your days at the beach.

Located in between Anglona and Gallura, Badesi is a recent seaside village. The town has many shops, bars and restaurants and, during the summer, it's rich in events and festivals.The beaches of Badesi are absolutely breathtaking. Li Mindi is a wide beach with wonderful colours and white and fine sand. It extends for kilometres and it's crossed by the river Coghinas. The dunes of fine sand are covered with junipers and the waters have a stunning blue colour. Due to its exposure to the mistral wind, the coast is an ideal destination for windsurfers. The coast has been declared site of Community interest, due to its variety of flora and fauna. The area, characterized by hills and plains, is perfect for the luxuriant vineyards, from which the famous "Vermentino di Gallura" is obtained.Badesi is also an excellent starting point for those who intend to visit the northern part of the island and it's an ideal area for tourists looking for a stay away from the chaos of the most crowded destinations.Do not miss the stops in the gorgeous town of Castelsardo and at the "Roccia dell'Elefante", and an excursion on the river Coghinas.

If you need any help you can go to the reception office. The reception opens every day from 9 am to 1 pm and from 5 pm to 8 pm.Check-in is available every day from 17:00 to 20:00. Check-out is scheduled before 10:00 am. Arrivals after 20:00 must be communicated to the reception a few days before the check in. In case of no-communication of the late arrival, the check in is not guaranteed.For arrivals after 24.00, the guests will be welcomed the next day or they can ask for a late check in paying an extra charge.
