BELLAVISTA HOLIDAYS is a holiday farm in central Italy, on the border between Lazio and Tuscany. Surrounded by unspoilt countryside, it is located on a hilltop about 300 metres above sea level. L'appartamento è una dependance indipendente all'inside a larger farmhouse consisting of five flats. Located on the ground floor, the Casetta (a small independent flat) sleeps two and is about 40 square metres. It has a veranda with table and chairs, an entrance hall with kitchen equipped with TV and sofa, a double bedroom, a bathroom with shower (washbasin, WC - no bidet) and a 30-square-metre panoramic terrace furnished with table, chairs and sunshade.
