Cosmakis Villa is a splendid 19th-century residence that has been meticulously renovated and fully equipped. It is conveniently located within walking distance of the local amenities in the charming village of Rodakino on the tranquil south coast of Crete. The villa comprises two adjacent buildings.

The main arch-shaped house can comfortably accommodate up to 2 people in semi-autonomous bedrooms, reminiscent of attic spaces. It also features a spacious bathroom with a jacuzzi bathtub, a generously equipped kitchen (complete with washing machines for both clothes and dishes), a dining room, and a cozy living room.

The suite, on the other hand, is perfect for up to 2 persons, whether a couple or not (with the option to separate the king-sized double bed if desired). This part of the villa includes its own sitting room, a compact kitchen, a bathroom, and a dressing room.

Both houses offer free Wi-Fi connectivity, radios, TVs, and more (please check for additional facilities below), and they share a spacious yard with patio furniture, a pool, sun loungers, and breathtaking views of the sea and mountains.

The villa preserves its original 19th-century architectural style, and in between the buildings, there is a charming shared yard adorned with lush plants, affording excellent views of both the sea and mountains.

The Rodakino area is exceptionally beautiful, and within a short drive, you can access a multitude of magnificent sandy beaches along the picturesque south coast.
