Villa Horizon is a modern villa with large glass fronts that maximise the view of the Ionian Sea. On clear days you can see as far as the island of Zakynthos. The design is modern but cosy and emphasises the beautiful nature surrounding the house.

The living and dining area extends over two open-plan levels. The upper area with a large kitchen, cooking block and dining table opens onto the partially covered terrace with dining table, cosy lounge area and an infinity pool. The lower level is divided into two areas - the cosy sofa corner with coffee table and TV and the comfortable armchairs, where you can enjoy the cosy warmth of the free-hanging fireplace on cooler days. The terrace partially surrounds the house, so you can find a pleasant spot in the sun or shade at any time of day. The open-plan kitchen offers a view of the terrace and pool area through the floor-to-ceiling windows, as well as the open sea as far as the horizon.

The master bedroom on the upper floor also opens onto the terrace and offers uninterrupted views of the sea over the infinity pool. All bedrooms on the ground floor offer beautiful views of the sea through large windows and have direct access to the garden, and are equipped with highly comfortable box-spring beds.

The privileged hilltop location of Villa Horizon offers panoramic views of the Ionian Sea, the Gulf of Kyparissia and the mountainous landscape of the Peloponnese. The house is 15 minutes from the picturesque village of Kyparissia and only 10 minutes from the stunning, unspoilt 40 km long sandy beach with its numerous turtle nests in summer. This south-western corner of the Peloponnese has many beautiful places to offer - from paradisiacal beaches to ancient Venetian towns, vineyards and impressive castles. The coast of Messinia to the south offers access to more beaches, such as Lagovardo or the picture-postcard beach of Voidokilia. The beach of Voidokilia is located in the lagoon of Gialova with lush flora and fauna, which invites you to take beautiful walks. The crescent-shaped coastline, the white sand and the shallow, crystal-clear water are ideal for families with children. You can also visit the Nestor cave here.

This region offers a beautiful and varied landscape with extensive olive groves, green valleys, mountains, gorges and coves, waterfalls, seaside resorts and traditional villages as well as historical sites and a rich cultural heritage. Visit one of the ancient towns such as Kyparissia (14 km, 15 minutes), Kalamata (70 km, 45 minutes), a cosy town with a harbour, trendy bars and restaurants, museums and ancient architecture or Pylos (66 km, 1 hour), a charming village with excellent restaurants and nice cafés. For cultural exploration you can drive to Messene (43 km, 1 hour), a place with interesting archaeological sites, or to Olympia (50 km, 1 hour).

Sports enthusiasts can enjoy hiking, cycling and golf in this region.
