The 54 m² holiday home (wooden house) is located in the centre of Agia Sofia Limniona. It is located on a 716 m² large, well-kept garden plot, which can of course be used by you. Our house is a good starting point for mountain hikes and is suitable for swimming in the beautiful clear waters of the Aegean Sea just five minutes from the beach and 10 minutes from the mountain.
Due to the Coronavirus (COVID-19) all guests are required to wear a protective mask.additional safety and hygiene measures have been taken for the treatment of Coronavirus (COVID-19) during this period.due to the Coronavirus (COVID-19) our accommodation has taken measures to protect its visitors and employees.due to the Coronavirus (COVID-19) guests requesting transfers to and from the airport cannot operate them.due to the Coronavirus (COVID-19) our accommodation is subject to very strict social distancing measures.Due to the coronavirus (COVID-19), the use of a mask is mandatory in all indoor public areas and a medical-clinical document proving that all guests have been vaccinated against covid19 or medical-clinical proof of a negative test (covid19) PCR in the last 24 hours must be provided for accommodation in the accommodation. The furnished terrace in the garden with grass, flowers and trees invites you to linger and relax. Balcony, barbecue, wood-burning stove and a large dining table in the barbecue area can also be used. There is also a free car parking space in front of the house.
The house consists of a spacious living room with a wood-burning stove, a large corner sofa, satellite TV and an integrated dining area with a view of the garden. The fully equipped kitchen has a cooker with oven, fridge with freezer compartment, a dishwasher and a coffee machine. The bedroom has two single beds (0.90 m x 2.00 m) and the bathroom has a walk-in shower, washbasin and WC. The maximum occupancy is two people. On request, an additional person can sleep on the sofa bed in the living room.
The beautiful beach of Limnionas is only 5 minutes away. Limnionas, where you can eat fresh fish, lobster, real Greek food and more. There are 4 Greek tavernas that cook fresh fish daily from the fishermen's boats. Your holiday accommodation is an ideal starting point for walks and nature watching, and for cycling tours. Away from the sea there are also 2 lakes where you can swim or fish in idyllic green landscapes.
We are a couple of enthusiasts and a happy team! We are passionate about Greece and the beauty of our islands and we will do our best to make your stay in our country an unforgettable memory! We wish you a great holiday! - It is advised to fill petrol in the car under: Psachna as there is no petrol station in Limionas! - For a stay of 5 days or more, there is a Greek traditional cuisine in the accommodation, guest gift for the guests. - There is also an ATV at the property that can be used by guests at an additional cost. According to Greek law and the tax authorities, you must provide me with your full name and passport number upon arrival. For Greek nationals a VAT number is required instead of a passport number.
