ATTENTION: we do not wish to rent the villa to families with small children who cannot swim! The second bedroom adjoins a large bathroom with bathtub and is furnished with two washbasins and two mirrors. The third bedroom adjoins the shower room and also has a vanity unit with washbasin and mirror. There are also three WCs, a lounge with a 46-inch Led flat-screen TV, a dining room, a separate kitchen equipped with induction cooker, oven, microwave, Senseo coffee machine in capsule, dishwasher; a laundry room with washing machine, internet connection.

The villa is 1.8 km from the town centre and the supermarket. We do not rent the villa to holidaymakers with small children who cannot swim, as the pool is too close to the house and we are not reassured despite the standard alarm.
