The house is well located in the village, right next to the small railway station. The fine sandy beach and the shops and restaurants are 400 - 500 metres away.

For an occupancy of 5 persons the flat on the 1st floor is available, for up to 9 persons 1st and 2nd floor, then also the ground floor flat (again 4 persons). However, unused flats are not rented out to other guests, you are always alone in the house. But: With up to 9 people, not all 7 bedrooms on 210 square metres are available to you. The fine sandy beaches are approx. 500 metres away and the shops and restaurants approx. 400 metres. It is an 8 minute walk to the centre.

The large garden (700 m2) has two seating areas, one of which is covered, plenty of lawn for playing and parking for two to three cars. It also has a garden shed with washing machine, garden furniture, deckchairs, fridge and barbecue.
