This magnificent 420 m² villa, located on its own peninsula on the island Heisala in Parainen, offers an unforgettable archipelago experience. Built in 1950 and renovated in 2022, the villa exudes an authentic maritime atmosphere, surrounded by breathtaking views of the Archipelago Sea. The villa is easily accessible – the ferry ride takes only about 15 minutes. The location is excellent: 42 km to Turku and approximately 170 km to Helsinki. The ground floor of the villa features a separate kitchen, a dining room, a living room, an accessible bathroom, and two bedrooms. One of the downstairs bedrooms has two beds, while the captain’s room has one bed. The upper floor has five bedrooms, each with three separate beds, as well as two spacious bathrooms with a shower and WC.

A 75 m² sauna building is located right by the sea. The wood-heated sauna has a separate washing area with two showers, as well as a small kitchen and a dressing room. The large terrace features a seawater hot tub, available year-round, and there is also an opportunity for winter swimming. In addition to the pier, the shoreline includes a gently sloping sandy beach.
