Villa Milla is a modern rental cabin by the clean-watered Lake Peruvesi. Available from May 1st to October 30th, the property also includes a sleeping cabin, allowing the permitted number of guests (4) to exceed two. Located 55 km northeast of Heinola, Lake Peruvesi 30 m, with a shallow, gently deepening, hard sand/gravel bottom, a pier, a rowing boat, and a canoe.

The main building, constructed in 2023, features a large living room, a kitchen, one bedroom with a double bed and a smart TV, and a second bedroom with two single beds. The bathroom includes a WC and a shower, and the property also has a spacious glassed-in balcony.
All living spaces are on the second floor, accessed via stairs from the ground floor to the balcony, which serves as the entrance to the cabin.

On the ground floor, there is a utility room, a bathroom with a WC and hand shower, a storage room, and a wood storage area.

The lakeside sauna includes a glassed terrace, a fireplace room with a mini kitchen, a wood-heated sauna with two showers, and a composting toilet. The cooking hut is equipped with summer water, an outdoor kitchen, and a large terrace area.

A hot tub by the sauna is included in the price. Please note, the hot tub cannot be used in temperatures below -15°C.
