The cabin is located on a spacious, sunny lot, surrounded by fields. At this cabin, you can enjoy peace and privacy, with the nearest neighbor approximately 100 meters away. The grassy yard offers a spectacular view of the large expanse of Lake Lappajärvi. The cabin's own beach has a shallow sandy bottom that deepens quickly. There is a wooden pier (7,6 meters long) and a private rowing boat.

The wooden cabin (2000) features a living room, kitchen, entrance hall, and two bedrooms, each with a double bed. The living room has a sofa bed that converts into a double bed (140 x 200 cm). There is a separate WC, bathroom, and sauna (electric stove). In the yard, there is also a lakeside sauna with a wood-burning stove. The lakesauna is only available from May to September, is not available during the winter. The water for the beach sauna is supplied from a water hose located on the wall of the cottage, which receives cold water from the municipal network.
There is an electric smoker.

Pets are allowed for an additional fee.

An electric car can be charged for an additional fee. There is an electrical cabinet on the wall of the lakeside sauna with a 16 A socket. Charging is done with the renter's own charging equipment.
