Welcome to this inviting and well-maintained holiday home, located in peaceful surroundings on Rosenvej – just 200 metres from the water. Here you will find the perfect base for a relaxing holiday on beautiful Samsø, close to the beach, nature and pleasant excursion destinations.

About the house
The house offers a bright and spacious kitchen-dining area with a cosy dining area and direct access to the open living room, from which there is access to the terrace and garden. There is plenty of space for socialising, both for meals and relaxation.
There are two bedrooms with double beds and a nice bathroom with toilet and shower. In addition, there is an annex with two single beds – ideal for older children or extra guests.
The holiday home is practically furnished and is perfect for up to 6 people.

Outside
The large, green garden is perfect for playing, ball games and cosy moments outdoors. On the partially covered wooden terrace, you can enjoy the sun, barbecue in the evening or just relax in the shelter from the wind. 

The Location
Rosenvej is a quiet and peaceful holiday home area, where a staircase at the end of the road leads directly down to the beach. There is a bathing jetty here, which is set up during the summer months, so you can easily take a refreshing morning dip or enjoy a quiet moment by the coast.

Within a short distance, you will find several of Samsø's popular attractions:
Fredensdal farmstead in Vesterløkken – a charming historical site for the whole family.
Ballen harbour with cosy restaurants, small shops and a lovely bathing beach.
A trip to Nordby Labyrinten or Issehoved offers beautiful nature and fantastic views of Aarhus Bay.
