The house is 80 m2 spread over 2 floors. The house contains: on the ground floor: entrance hall leading into the kitchen. The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher and microwave and is in open connection with the living room. The cozy living room features a dining area with a view to the wood-burning stove. Living room with corner sofa with a view to the wood-burning stove, wall-mounted television with satellite dish (no Danish programmes). Heat pump. From the living room there is a bathroom with shower/wc. Washing machine with dryer. the stairs to the 1st floor go via an open staircase and a steep staircase from the living room. 1st floor contains: 3 bedrooms: DB + DB + DB. A lovely west-facing terrace and a cozy unobstructed closed courtyard. Smoking is not allowed. Built in 1971, the house is continuously renovated.
