Newly built house! The summer house offers 180 m2 of wonderful atmosphere, with good comfort and activities for the whole family all year round.

The outside facilities offer a nice large partially covered terrace and wooden terrace, where the evenings can be extended and enjoyed well into the spring/autumn. In connection with the terrace, there is a wilderness bath and sauna as well as an outdoor shower which can be used in the summer. The summer house is located on a large plot with good parking conditions.

The cottage: Entrance hall with plenty of space for the wardrobe and washing machine and tumble dryer. The house has 2 lovely bathrooms and 1 guest toilet. One bathroom also has a spa. Large kitchen-dining room and living room in one, as well as a good dining area. The room is bright and nice with good windows and access to the terrace. The terrace is partially covered (20 m2) and has a tool room with a chest freezer. The kitchen is equipped with all comforts such as a dishwasher, microwave, hob, hood and fridge/freezer. Large dining table with room for 12 guests. Nice living room with wood-burning stove, television, Chrome Cast, Stofa cottage package and wireless internet access with good coverage. The house has a total of 5 bedrooms: DB + DB + 2B + 2B + 2B. There is also a hem that is equipped with another double bed. Here the area is kept open and can be reached by a steep staircase. Unfortunately, the windows in the hems area cannot be darkened.  Lovely large wooden terrace environment with wilderness bath, sauna and outdoor shower, which can be used in the summer. The days can be enjoyed from morning to evening on the terrace with relaxation or wellness.

In the activity room, there is a pool table, table football and shuffleboard, where young and old can frolic. From the activity room there is access to the house's second loft to the west of 23 m2, where there is a sofa bed and extra television with Chrome Cast. In extension of the activity room is one of the house's bathrooms and a guest toilet.
On the grounds there is a swing, sandbox and play stand for the little guests.
The house is heated with underfloor heating in all rooms. The underfloor heating is powered by a large heat pump and thus low energy consumption for the heat. There is an extra charge for water. Pets and smoking are not allowed. Year of construction 2023.

All the glory is located within walking distance to the nearest restaurant and a grocery store. Furthermore, there is a short distance to the city's mini golf course. The house is close to a large forest and nature area by Aarrild lake, where the wild game can be experienced up close. Here there is plenty of opportunity to enjoy the tranquility of the forest on a run or a walk, and throughout the autumn the forest floor offers many edible mushrooms.
