This cozy and tastefully decorated summer house is located in the dune landscape with an extremely attractive location close to the beach and town. There is only 200 meters to the beach. The house is bright, friendly and with its 140 m2 offers plenty of space for 6 people.

The house is on 2 floors. On the ground floor, you will find a kitchen/family room directly connected to the living room, where you can enjoy the crackling of the wood stove. There are danish programs and foreign TV programmes, Boxer TV and wireless internet. The house has a heat pump which is installed in the living room. With this energy-saving heat pump, electricity costs can be reduced. The kitchen is well equipped and has a stove, oven, dishwasher, microwave and fridge with small freezer. There are two bathrooms (the one in the lower attic has underfloor heating) available to guests: one on the ground floor and one on the first floor. Both are equipped with a toilet, sink and shower. There are a total of 4 bedrooms and 1 room with a sofa bed, but the house can be occupied by a maximum of 6 people. The 4 bedrooms: DB + DB + DB + DB.

A beautiful, spacious terrace area makes you want to sit outside and hear the swells break. A small part is even covered. Smoking is not allowed in the cottage. A maximum of 2 dogs are allowed. The holiday house was built in 1977 and was renovated in 2005.
