Thatched idyllic summer house with pool consisting of two beautiful, black-painted wooden houses connected by a glass partition. The house invites both the discerning family and the extended family, friends who want to spend a holiday together with the option of retiring. The summer house offers a multitude of activities for children and adults.
The main house offers a well-stocked bright kitchen with oven, combi oven, induction hob, fridge/freezer wine cooler. The large living room has a dining table facing the terrace and a modular sofa from which you can enjoy a good film or a football match on the large parachute.
The house has 16 sleeping places in 8 rooms: DB + DB + DB + DB + DB + DB + DB + DB. 5 of the bedrooms are located in the main house and the last 3 by the pool/activity section.
Furthermore, there are 3 bathrooms, all with toilet, shower and washing arrangement, 1 of the bathrooms appears with 1 washing/drying machine 2 in 1.
The activity room offers a well-assorted range of activities such as a pool table, playstation 3 and an extra room with its own home cinema with room for 6 people. Sofas with the option to sit down with a book or a board game.
Furthermore, there is a sauna with an infrared panel wall. The large pool department features a newly renovated pool with a slide and a fountain with built-in LED light that gives a cozy atmosphere in the evening together with the LED lighting at the edge of the pool.The pool approx. 7.5 x 3.5 x 1.25 meter (length x width x depth)
The house has 3 energy-saving heat pumps, in addition there is underfloor heating over large parts of the house.
From the glass part of the house you come out to the house's large, delicious wooden terrace area, which appears with a large covered terrace with a sofa environment that offers good opportunities to stay in the spring and autumn or in the summer months, small outdoor kitchen with charcoal grill. The outside Jacuzzi ( for ca. 6 people) is located under the half-roof and can be used all year round.
For the little ones, there are good play options with a trampoline, a sandbox and a swing stand, and the large lawn to the right of the house invites you to play ball games or a game of croquet.
The summer house has its own "amateur" tennis court, which offers good opportunities for doubles tennis (remember to bring your own racket and balls).

Electric cars can be charged at the house. The house has undergone a thorough renovation in 2020, thereby the energy consumption is reasonable according to the size of the house. There is max. 2 pets allowed.
