Summer house, well-appointed, near Marielyst

Well-appointed, cozy summer house with a sauna, located in a quiet area near Marielyst. The house is suitable for multiple families, including families with children, as the space is divided into 3 sections. Main house with living room, 2 bedrooms, and bathroom with toilet and underfloor heating. Annex, well insulated, one bedroom, bathroom with toilet, underfloor heating, and sauna. Log cabin with a spacious room of approximately 10 m2. The log cabin is made of thick logs but is not insulated. There is a mobile oil radiator and electric heating blankets in the beds that can warm the beds and duvets before bedtime. Normally, this is not a problem, but in the off-season, it can be a bit chilly, hence these heat sources (e.g., around Easter). Each of these places allows for privacy from one another. The 8 beds are box mattresses and can be either single or double beds, as desired. The 9th sleeping place is a bunk bed and also has a spring mattress. THE LIVING ROOM in the main house is spacious and can accommodate 9 people, both at the dining table and in the sofa group. In the living room, there is a heat pump that heats easily and cheaply. Additionally, there is a cozy wood stove, and renters have FREE ACCESS to firewood as needed. The TV in the living room is on wheels and can be turned towards the dining table, the sofa group, or out to the terrace. THE KITCHEN is open and spacious, connected with the living room, so everyone can join in on what’s happening. It is well-arranged and well-equipped, with many appliances. TERRACES are 2. A large, sunny, south-facing terrace with garden furniture and an 18 m2 south-facing covered terrace where one can enjoy the evening sun. There are 6 wicker-position chairs and 2 sun loungers. Cushions are available for all garden furniture. Additionally, there are cozy corners in the garden, and space to barbecue, sunbathe, or just relax. CHILD-FAMILY HOUSE: There is a play tower, slide, sandbox, and various other playthings. There are 2 baby beds with mattresses and 2 high chairs, 2 baby baths. Additionally, the ground is fenced, making it suitable for both children and pets. ACTIVITY HOUSE. On the grounds, there is space for ball games, there is an outdoor dart board, a fitness rack, and there is a petanque court. Additionally, there is an activity board where various games can be played. It is within walking distance to the lovely beach, where both children and adults can take a dip. But regardless of the season, it is wonderful to walk along the beach and enjoy the view. If the weather dictates staying indoors, there is a stereo system with CD player, DVD and VHS player, and many DVDs and VHS tapes. TV and satellite with Danish and German channels. There are also indoor games like puzzles, multi-functional games. THERE IS A TYPE 2 ELECTRIC CAR CHARGER. Not rented to youth groups. Note: Not for commercial rental.
