Idyllic Scandinavian summerhouse with room for up to 10 guests. The house sits on a large, sunny plot with plenty of space for fun, games, and outdoor activities. It’s located close to Denmark’s award-winning beach and the charming Marielyst town center, which offers great facilities, shopping, and dining. This spacious and traditional Scandinavian summerhouse was fully renovated in 2024/2025 and now appears bright, functional, and inviting. It features a well-designed 143 m² floor plan and is situated on a 2,030 m² corner plot with a beautifully landscaped garden, providing ample space for outdoor relaxation and enjoyment. Inside the summerhouse you will find: A welcoming hallway with plenty of space for shoes and jackets. A practical utility room equipped with a washer, dryer, and additional storage for outerwear. From here, you have direct access to the garden. Two functional bathrooms, both with showers and built-in storage solutions. Four spacious bedrooms—three with double beds and one with twin beds. All rooms offer generous hanging and drawer storage. Each bedroom is decorated with its own theme inspired by the beach, the sea, nature, and the dunes, creating a unique and cosy (hyggelig) atmosphere. A large open kitchen with all necessary facilities and plenty of storage, flowing seamlessly into the open-plan living and dining room. The living area features a spacious U-shaped sofa bed that offers generous seating as well as additional sleeping options. The dining table seats 10 guests comfortably, with the option to add two extra leaves to expand the space for larger gatherings. From the living room, you have access to the garden room—an additional cosy living space with direct access to the terrace and garden. The annex provides two extra sleeping spaces (sofa bed) as well as various games and entertainment options, making it an excellent spot for rainy days. The summerhouse is heated with underfloor heating, and there is an additional air-conditioning unit that provides both cooling and heating.
