Only 300 meters from the water in a cozy, old summer house area at Kongsmark Strand, is this family summer house that offers lovely outdoor facilities. The house has a heat pump, and there is also a charger for electric cars. Lovely kitchen with dishwasher in open connection with the cozy living room, which has a wood-burning stove. There is internet and Chromecast TV. The house has two bedrooms - one with a double bed and the other with a bunk bed with two sleeping places. There is also a sofa bed with two sleeping places. Bathroom with shower and toilet. Outside there is a very large terrace with garden furniture and a barbecue. There is also a large covered terrace furnished with a lovely corner lounge sofa. Here there is room for the whole family, when you might want to sit out in the evening and enjoy a cup of coffee or maybe play board games. At Kongsmark Strand you can have unique nature experiences, for example. some of the most beautiful sunsets in Denmark. The house is only approx. 10 km from Slagelse, which is one of Denmark's oldest cities. The city was founded 900 years ago, and the medieval churches of Sankt Mikkel and Sankt Peder are still in the center. Here you can experience the medieval city with its winding streets, shops, cozy courtyards and cafes. Incidentally, the fairy tale poet himself, H.C. Andersen, went to Latin school in Slagelse. Also approx. 10 km from the house you will find the Trelleborg Viking Castle, a cultural history museum at the Trelleborg circle castle, and Circusland, where you can spend a cozy family day filled with adventure, circus and play.
