Originally dating from 1800, the house was restored in 2022 with respect for its 1960s style. The ground floor features a spacious living room with a sofa area, dining space and daybed sleeping two, as well as a well-equipped kitchen and a bathroom with underfloor heating. Upstairs are the house's two bedrooms. Together with the additional sleeping space in the living room, the property accommodates up to six guests, making it suitable for families or holidays with friends. Outside, you have a private garden, covered terrace, barbecue area and lawn with a fire pit. The property is set on 5.5 hectares of natural grounds, with plenty of space for ball games, play and relaxing beneath mature trees. A wood-fired hot tub is available for an additional fee. The location is also a good starting point for exploring South Funen and the South Funen Archipelago.
