Welcome to a family-friendly holiday home in a lovely holiday home area on Syddjurs - only 300 m within walking distance of Skødshoved Strand and the marina.

The house is located on a nice, large plot with a beautiful, covered terrace. There is a new large barbecue.

The holiday home consists of 3 buildings - one main building and two annexes. In the main house there is a nice kitchen in open connection to the living room. The living room has a wood burning stove and a Chromecast TV. The house also has a heat pump. There is a dishwasher, and in the shed, there is a large freezer of 300 l.

The total of 8 beds are distributed in the 3 buildings. In the main building there are bunk beds with space for 4 people. In one annex there is a double bed for two people. In the second annex there are two single beds. There is also a cot / weekend bed available. The main house is 50 m2, one annex 35 m2 and the other annex 10 m2.

The house has 2 bathrooms - one in the main house and one in the annex with the double bed. In both bathrooms there is a toilet and a shower. In one annex there is also a washing machine.

Outside there is a petanque court. There are also 2 garden slides where your children can play and have fun. There is space to park up to 3 cars by the house.

The house is located close to the marina and the beach, which has nice toilet facilities. Skødshoved Badehotel has both a café and a restaurant, and Hansen Is, is sold in the associated icehouse.

From the house it is only 5 km to the nearest supermarket and approx. 300 m to the nearest restaurant.

It's about 25 km to the town of Ebeltoft, which is beautifully located in the countryside and by the water.
