The kitchen is equipped with modern amenities such as a fridge/freezer, an induction stove, and a microwave, making cooking a breeze. At the dining area, the family can gather for a delicious homemade meal while enjoying the stunning view of Kattegat. After the meal, you can relax in the comfortable sofa group with two double sofas and a wall-mounted TV, or perhaps find peace in the window nook with a good book or a cozy card game.

The property is located north of Sæby, with 6.3 km to Sæby center and 8.9 km to Frederikshavn.

Sæby is an incredibly beautiful town with a very charming town center, where there is the opportunity for good shopping or a visit to a café/restaurant. There is a large and beautiful harbor with lots of life and a promenade with the finest beach. Just behind the town lies Sæbygaard Forest, a stunning beech forest with streams, bridges, and a tennis club. On the back side of the forest lies Sæbygaard Castle and in connection a beautiful golf course. It is easy to get around, everything is within reach. Discover the sights Fruen from the Sea, Sæby Watermill, and Sæby Church on your own and immerse yourself in history. You can also book a guided tour to gain a lot of knowledge and some good stories about Sæby.

In the nearby area are Voergaard Castle, Palmestranden in Frederikshavn, the observation platform from Pikkerbakken. It is not far to Aalborg if you want to see Denmark's 3rd largest city. The North Sea is also an exciting and possible excursion destination and Skagen at the top of "The Top of Denmark" can be reached within an hour.
