Located on a high plot with a fantastic view, you will find this beautiful and well-maintained holiday home, within walking distance to Lyngsbæk Beach. The house exudes true summer house charm, and the owner has skillfully created a maritime atmosphere throughout. Inside, there is a bright and spacious living room with access to the fantastic terrace, where you’ll find comfortable lounge sofas, garden furniture, and a grill. The covered part of the terrace provides shade from the sun or shelter from the rain, allowing you to enjoy the outdoors in any weather. It is from the terrace that you can enjoy the “sea view.” The dining area, which is connected to the lovely kitchen, is bright and spacious, with a large dining table that can accommodate everyone.

The house has sleeping arrangements in five good bedrooms: one with a double bed, one with a double sofa bed, and three with single beds. There are two beautiful bathrooms with underfloor heating and shower niches, with one bathroom offering a washing machine. The house is equipped with internet access.

Below the house, there is a stone terrace with a cozy bonfire area, perfect for enjoying a warm summer evening around the fire, perhaps roasting bread on sticks. A fine shelter is also available, and while the house’s mattresses are not allowed to be used there, air mattresses are available for use. At the back of the house, you will find an outdoor shower and a fish cleaning station.

The area around Lyngsbæk Beach is a cozy and quiet neighborhood, close to a lovely and child-friendly beach. The area has several dining options and opportunities for grocery shopping. The terrain is hilly, making it ideal for hiking and cycling trips. From the house, it is about a 10-minute drive to Ebeltoft town, which offers many tourist attractions. Here, you will find the Old Town Hall, where people come from near and far to get married. The harbor area has several great restaurants, and you can buy freshly caught fish daily. It’s also where the Glass Museum is located, which is a leader in modern glass art, and where you can visit the Frigate Jylland. From the house, it’s about a 15-minute drive to Ree Park, where you can get up close to wild animals. It’s also about a half-hour drive to both the Kattegatcenter in Grenaa and Djurs Sommerland, the largest amusement park in the Nordic countries.
