The house is a total of 210 m². It has the charm and atmosphere of an old house and was built back in 1886, but it was renovated in 2023 and therefore also has modern conveniences. Here you will find, among other things, a heat pump, central heating, and a wood-burning stove, two bathrooms with underfloor heating, and a lovely very large kitchen with dining space and everything you need – including a dishwasher.

The dining area is open to the kitchen and has underfloor heating. The living room is set up for relaxation and family coziness with sofas and lounging spots. There is a TV with Danish channels as well as Chromecast TV. A highchair is available.

There are 4 bedrooms with double beds and the possibility of extra bedding for 2 people.

The two bathrooms have a shower, toilet, and underfloor heating. The house has both a washing machine and a tumble dryer.

Outside, there is a lovely large terrace of 20 m² with a grill and garden furniture. There are also two sun loungers where you can relax and enjoy holiday life.

There is parking space for the car.

The house is located in a rural setting. The nearest town is Rødby, which is about 5 km from the house. Here you will find shopping options. It is about the same distance to Lalandia, where there are many activities in addition to the water park - for example, bowling and mini-golf.

The town center of Rødby can be traced back to the Middle Ages, and here you can enjoy the sight of old warehouses and Willers Gård from 1729. In the surroundings of Rødby, there is beautiful and unique nature, and with the flat landscape around Rødby, it is advisable to bring your bike on holiday.

From Rødby, there is a ferry to Puttgarden if you feel like taking a trip to Germany.
