This charming holiday home offers a stunning view of Kerteminde Fjord, nestled in the peaceful holiday area of Strandlysthuse, just 7 km from Kerteminde.

The home features a cozy living room with a large sofa that can accommodate one person for sleeping. There's a dining area where you can enjoy meals while taking in the beautiful water view, along with an open kitchen. The bedroom is equipped with a double bed and provides direct access to the bathroom, which includes a shower (please note that you must pass through the bedroom to reach the bathroom).

Step out from the living room onto a spacious south-facing wooden terrace, perfect for enjoying delightful sunrises over the fjord. While there are no English TV channels available, you can easily stream via Chromecast.

Though the holiday home isn't ultra-modern, it is brimming with charm and coziness. Please be aware that some areas of the house have lower ceilings: the kitchen, bedroom, and bathroom have a ceiling height of 185 cm, while the shower has a height of 175 cm. The dining and living areas feature a sloped ceiling with exposed beams and skylights, creating a bright and inviting atmosphere throughout.

The charming summerhouse area Strandlysthuse is located in Munkebo, with direct access to Kerteminde Fjord. Here, you can enjoy a swim in the fjord or go paddleboarding and canoeing, as the water is almost always calm. Munkebo also offers a market square with shopping options, delicious food at Munkebo Kro, and a swimming center for fun family days.

The location is ideal, just 15 km from Odense and 7 km from the lovely holiday town of Kerteminde. Kerteminde has beautiful beaches, a cozy harbor, and a shopping street filled with specialty shops and restaurants.

Bring the whole family to Fjord&Bælt, an exciting research center featuring porpoises, seals, and a fascinating underwater tunnel. Also, visit the Johannes Larsen Museum for an artistic experience, and try a round of mini-golf with the best view in Kerteminde. In the summer months, you can experience Viking activities at the nearby Ladby Viking Museum, which is a fantastic way to learn about the past.
