Welcome to this bright and inviting ground-floor holiday apartment – with a private entrance, terrace, and a cosy, fully enclosed courtyard. Here, you’ll stay in the heart of Kerteminde, overlooking the harbour and city life, while still enjoying peace and privacy.

The spacious living room is perfect for relaxation, where you can watch the harbour life and see small boats pass by. From the living room, you have access to a separate, well-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, which opens onto a small sheltered terrace and the courtyard.

The apartment features two large bedrooms, both with double beds that can be separated if needed. The bathroom is new and modern, with a large shower and underfloor heating.

The apartment is located on the lower floor of a charming, stately villa, with the owner living on the upper floors. Right outside your door, you can start the day with a refreshing swim from the boat jetty, or take the short 50-metre walk to the lovely South Beach.

The location couldn’t be better: just across the street, the renowned restaurant Rudolf Mathis serves excellent seafood, and only 50 metres away, Boris Fiskehus offers freshly prepared fish dishes at rustic outdoor tables. The town’s main shopping street, with its cosy shops and cafés, is only 150 metres away.

Things to experience in Kerteminde

Just a short walk from the apartment lies Kerteminde’s old town, where you can enjoy the atmosphere on both sides of the harbour. Here, you’ll find the new Renaissance Harbour, charming shops along Langegade, and a wide selection of restaurants and cafés.

Kerteminde also offers exciting cultural experiences. At the Johannes Larsen Museum, you can explore the artist’s historic home alongside modern exhibition spaces. The Viking Museum Ladby showcases Denmark’s only Viking ship burial. At Fjord & Bælt, you can get close to seals and porpoises, while summer festivals and markets fill the streets with music, food, and family-friendly activities.

For golf and wellness enthusiasts, Great Northern – one of Scandinavia’s most renowned golf courses – offers an exclusive spa with baths, treatments, and a fine-dining restaurant. Kerteminde also boasts a cosy paddle centre and scenic mini-golf courses.
