Welcome to this charming two-story holiday home with a fantastic panoramic view over Kerteminde Bay. The holiday home is situated on a sloping plot and offers a bright and cozy living room on the upper floor. Here, the wood-burning stove creates a warm atmosphere on cool evenings, and there is direct access to a lovely terrace with a sea view – ideal for relaxation and cozy moments. The living room is equipped with a sofa bed, providing sleeping space for 2 people. A well-equipped kitchen and a bathroom are also located on this floor.

On the lower floor, which has underfloor heating, there is a bedroom with a double bed (140 cm) and a practical storage room. From this floor, there is direct access to another terrace and the garden, which has two levels.

With only 300 meters to Nordstranden, one of Funen’s best beaches, the holiday home is perfectly located for beach-loving guests.

Beautiful surroundings and interesting experiences in Kerteminde

Kerteminde Sommerby is beautifully situated on a slope with a fantastic view over Kerteminde Bay and Nordstranden, one of the best beaches on Funen. The old town center in Kerteminde is just a few kilometers away, and you can easily walk along the beach promenade into town. Here you can enjoy the atmosphere at the new Renaissance harbor, shop in the cozy stores on Langegade, and dine at one of the many restaurants and cafés.

Kerteminde has a charming, authentic fishing harbor where cutters still dock. At the end of the harbor, you will find Boris Fiskehus, where you can enjoy delicious fish dishes at outdoor wooden tables and benches. After a meal here, you can take a dip at Sydstranden, which is located right next to the small dinghy harbor.

Fjord&Bælt is a must for the whole family. This research center offers unique experiences with porpoises, seals, and an exciting underwater tunnel. Art lovers should visit the Johannes Larsen Museum, and for a bit of competition, you can play mini-golf with a fantastic view of the town.

Just outside Kerteminde lies the Viking Museum Ladby, where exciting Viking activities are held in the summer, especially pleasing the children. The surrounding nature is also worth exploring. Take a trip to Lundsgård Forest or visit Fyns Hoved, one of Funen's most beautiful natural areas. Don’t forget your fishing rod – the area is ideal for trout fishing.
