Cozy summer house in North Jutland

Small charming summer house with a large natural plot, close to a child-friendly beach (450-500 m) Here you feel private, as the whole plot is surrounded by tall trees and wildly growing bushes. The house underwent a major renovation in 2024, including a brand new bathroom with underfloor heating, a large shower cubicle and rain shower. There is a wood-burning stove in the house for the cold days, which is super cozy to sit by while enjoying nature. The house contains 3 rooms, 1 bedroom with a double bed, 1 guest room with a 3/4 bed and 1 children's room with a bunk bed, where the lower bunk can easily accommodate an adult if you have, for example, a teenager in each room. The summer house has a small cozy living room, where lots of light comes in, from the many windows and patio doors, where you can sit and enjoy nature, as well as the squirrel, deer and other wildlife that often visit the garden. The house is equipped with the original kitchen from 1974, which has been upgraded with a modern touch, which makes it fit in with the cozy setting, which the house bears a large stamp of. The summer house is approx. 66 m2 large with an attached closed conservatory of approx. 20 m2, this conservatory can easily be used as a general. living room for most of the year, it might be difficult to heat in the low minus degrees, the conservatory also contains a foosball table and electric dart board. Internet and television channels are available, the living room and children's room are equipped with smart TV. instead of watching television, you can also spend some cozy time with cards or board games and children's books, which are also available in the house. The house has 3 patio doors which open onto 2 large terraces and 1 small one where you can sit and enjoy the morning sun with your coffee. The terraces contain dining tables and chairs, chaise longue/sofa group, outdoor shower which is nice after a trip to the beach, wilderness bath which is wood-fired with jets and cozy colored lights, barbecue and parasol. As I said, there are 3 open terraces facing east, south and west, so you can enjoy the sun all day long. Outside, you can also have a jump on the large trampoline, play football or something similar on the 250 m2 lawn, which is maintained by a robotic lawnmower, or roast marshmallows and sausage horns in the outdoor fireplace. there are some amusements such as croquet, footballs, rackets etc. There are approx. 600 meters walk through the pleasant paths in the large summer house area or on the roads by car, to a large shared playground with slide, climbing tower, swings, trampoline and football, at the playground there is a season open grocery store with an ice house in the summer.
