Inside, the spacious open-plan kitchen seamlessly connects with the living room, where a wood-burning stove creates a warm and cozy atmosphere. The kitchen is fully equipped with ceramic hobs, an extractor hood, a fridge with freezer compartment, and a practical dishwasher. The living room features a long built-in sofa, a large dining table, and a Smart TV with Chromecast, allowing you to stream your favorite content. Free Wi-Fi ensures you stay connected. The house has three comfortable bedrooms, each with a double bed for a restful night’s sleep. Outside, you’ll find two lovely terraces – one open and one covered – providing the perfect space for sunbathing during the day and relaxing in the evenings. Garden furniture and a gas grill are available for outdoor dining. The garden also includes a firepit and a large shelter, ideal for a night under the stars. There is plenty of space for ball games and other activities. To ensure a peaceful and pleasant atmosphere, the house is not rented out to youth groups. The Gedesby Strand area offers a wealth of experiences. Explore the beautiful sandy beaches, cycle along the dike, or take a walk in Bøtø Forest, where you might encounter wild horses. Visit local attractions such as the Sydstenen and Gedser Remise, or go on an excursion to Knuthenborg Safari Park, the Fuglsang Art Museum, or a seal safari in Nysted.
