Originally a farm, it has been in the same family since 1955 and was converted in 2013 into a spacious holiday home suited for larger groups. The property offers ample space both indoors and outdoors. A large plot provides room for games and outdoor activities, while the fire pit creates a natural gathering point for relaxed evenings. Several sheltered terraces can be used depending on sun and wind. The former barn has been converted into an activity room with table tennis, table football and darts, along with a cosy corner for younger guests. The house is arranged over two levels with six bedrooms, including two on the ground floor. There are two bathrooms on the ground floor and a guest toilet upstairs. The home includes a modern, well-equipped kitchen connected to a living area with dining space and seating. A utility room provides washing facilities, freezer and extra refrigerator. The ground floor is accessible for wheelchair users. Underfloor heating is installed throughout, and the house is heated using geothermal energy. The surrounding area offers varied nature and coastal landscapes. Located near Horne Sommerland, only 9 km from Faaborg, the area combines quiet surroundings with easy access to a town with shops, culture and restaurants. The South Funen region is known for its rolling terrain, including Svanninge Hills, and the nearby archipelago offers opportunities for day trips to islands such as Lyø, Avernakø and Ærø.
