The annex has a west-facing tiled terrace, an extension of the driveway to the main house, with garden furniture, a parasol, and a grill. Guests also have access to both parking spaces and free entry to the rear garden.

The annex includes a living room and kitchen in one, with an entrance through double doors from the terrace. There is dining space for 4 people, a sofa and armchairs, and a TV with Danish (only the free ones) channels. The kitchen is equipped with a stove with ceramic hobs, an oven, a small refrigerator, and a microwave. Behind the living room is a spacious bedroom with a double bed and bunk bed, providing a total of 4 sleeping spaces, in addition to the sofa bed in the living room. Good tiled bathroom with a shower.
