The home offers 68 m², optimally laid out with open living spaces and comfortable sleeping options. New bathroom. A heat pump ensures a pleasant indoor climate in both summer and winter, and during colder months you can add warmth from the wood-burning stove. Firewood can be bought on site. There is internet, making streaming and remote work easy. The large outdoor hot tub accommodates up to 6 people. Here you can sit with sea views towards Bogø while enjoying a relaxing back massage. The house also has an outdoor shower with hot and cold water, perfect for cooling off in the summer heat or rinsing off sand after a swim. The spacious plot offers plenty of room for play and activities. Children and dogs can run freely in the partially fenced garden while adults enjoy the peace on one of the three lovely terraces. Two of them offer views towards Assens, Bogø and the open landscape. There is direct access to a large playground and a football pitch. The nearby beach is shallow and child-friendly. Soft sand and calm waters make it perfect for swimming, building sandcastles and long coastal walks. The house has sea views, and a short walk brings you right to the shore. Next to the house is a campsite where you can use the swimming pool and mini-golf for a small fee. The campsite also has a café and a small supermarket with essentials (open in season). The area offers beautiful nature and great opportunities for hiking and cycling, with trails through forests, along fields and close to the coast. In nearby harbour towns you’ll find charming cafés, local restaurants and small shops. Fresh fish and seafood can be bought directly from the boats.
