The large, bright living space with high ceilings offers plenty of room for cozy moments with games and conversations at the dining table, or in the kitchen area where everything is laid out in a highly practical way as you enjoy the fabulous sea view through the large gable windows. The living room features a spacious lounge area for relaxation, where you can warm your feet by the wood-burning stove or enjoy the southern view framed beautifully by a huge window section. You can also open the wide folding doors and let nature flow directly into the room. The house is stylishly decorated with a focus on quality and intelligent solutions, evident in the two well-designed bathrooms that feature beautiful details. Contemporary designer furniture adds unique charm and personality and contributes to a wonderfully relaxing atmosphere. When the sun shines, you can open the doors and spend the day on more than 120 m² of wooden terrace, enjoying the sun or finding shade under the 25 m² covered terrace. The house is located in Skovgårde near Fjellerup in Norddjurs, centrally placed close to the cultural offerings and varied landscapes of Mols, and only a 20-minute drive from Djurs Sommerland. Your desire for outdoor living can easily be fulfilled in the multi-level garden. The south-west-facing lawn behind the house offers privacy for enjoying the sun throughout the day, which can end with preparing dinner on the large gas grill.
