The house has underfloor heating throughout the ground floor (except the entrance hall) and features a bright interior. From the carport, you enter the hallway with stairs to the first floor. The modern kitchen from 2013 has white cabinets and opens into a double living room separated by French doors. One room is used as a cosy lounge, the other as a dining room with access to a raised southeast-facing wooden terrace. The ground floor also includes a bedroom with wardrobes and a bright bathroom. Upstairs are a landing, three good-sized bedrooms and a toilet. The home is bright and offers lovely views of the surrounding area. Nykøbing Mors is ideal for families and nature lovers: A lively town surrounded by beautiful nature. Child-friendly beaches such as Østerstrand. Fossil hunting at Hanklit and the Fossil & Moler Museum. Close to Jesperhus Holiday Park. Great for kayaking, windsurfing, fishing and cycling. Excellent surfing at Glyngøre, Skive Fjord, Hjarbæk Fjord, Virksund, Venø, Hanbjerg Marina and Ejsing Strand.
