The house has two large, south- and east-facing tiled terraces with garden furniture, sun loungers, a parasol, and a grill. There is also a fire pit. A well-appointed and very cozy house. Note that Færgevejen runs 100 meters from the house.

From the entrance, you enter the large, bright living room with panoramic windows and an open connection to the kitchen. There is a good dining space for 6 people, a wood-burning stove, comfortable sofa area, TV with Danish (including TV2) and one German channel (ZDF), CD player, and radio. New, lovely kitchen with a stove with ceramic hobs and oven, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, and microwave. The house has 3 bedrooms, 2 with entrance from the living room and all with double beds, providing a total of 6 sleeping spaces. Large, new bathroom with a shower cabin, washing machine, and dryer. Internet access is available.

Here, you live a short distance from the charming streets of Ebeltoft and good shopping opportunities, and a few kilometers from the child-friendly Øer Strand, characterized by shallow water, large sandbanks, and rich bird life. There are good opportunities for fishing and water activities, as well as lovely walks. For cycling enthusiasts, one of Denmark's best mountain bike trails is quite close
