Just a 5-10 minute walk from the water, you’ll find this older but cozy holiday home. The house, which has two floors, features on the ground floor a charming living room with both a wood-burning stove and a heat pump, as well as access to a covered terrace with garden furniture and a barbecue. The kitchen is small but functional and includes a dishwasher. The bathroom is neat and has a shower and access to a washing machine.

On the first floor, you’ll find the sleeping arrangements distributed across two bedrooms, each with a double bed and a single bed. As an alternative, there is a newer annex with an additional double bed, perfect for older children. For the little ones, a high chair and a baby cot are available. There is no internet access in the house, but it can be rented at our office (while stocks last).

The house is situated on a plot with a large lawn, ideal for play and ball games. For the younger guests, there are swings, a playhouse, and a sandbox.

The area around Øer is a charming and popular holiday destination, close to both forest and beach. The beach is characterized by shallow water and fine sand, though in some places, it may be a mix of sand and stones. If you enjoy mountain biking, there is a 13 km long trail nearby with varying levels of difficulty.

It is about a 10-minute drive to the harbor in Ebeltoft, where you can visit the Glass Museum, which is renowned for modern glass art. The harbor also offers several great dining options, and fresh fish is always available. A visit to the historic frigate Jylland is also highly recommended.

In the charming cobblestone streets of Ebeltoft, you will find many exciting shops selling home décor and crafts, as well as cozy cafés. One of the town's main attractions is the Old Town Hall, where couples from near and far come to get married.

From the house, it takes about an hour by car to reach both the Kattegat Center in Grenaa and Scandinavia’s largest amusement park, Djurs Sommerland.
