The holiday flat is located in Kühnburg, near Hermagor on the edge of the forest on the sunny side of the Gailtal valley.

The newly renovated holiday flat with its own garden is located on the upper floor. It is very bright and modernly furnished. The flat has an area of 94 m² and consists of the following rooms: a living room with couch, two bedrooms with double beds (1.80 x 2.00 m) and a bedroom with double bed (1.60 x 2.00 m). The flat also has a bathroom with underfloor heating, bath, shower, WC and washbasin. A fully equipped kitchen with all accessories as well as cable TV and WLAN, plus a separate room for skis or bicycles and a covered car park round off the offer.
This holiday flat has its own garden with barbecue facilities on the west side. A wooded area borders on the north side.
A covered car park is available to guests
Lake Pressegger See is just three kilometres away and can also be reached by bike. The famous Nassfeld ski area is 10.5 kilometres away. The ski bus stops 15 metres from the house. There is a bread roll service.
On the ground floor there is a second holiday flat with its own garden on the east side.
The famous Weissensee, the purest bathing lake in the Alps, is about 23 kilometres away. A beautiful 18-hole golf course and a 6-hole practice course can be reached in 20 minutes by car. Active guests will appreciate the via ferrata routes in the rock up to 2,500 metres above sea level and the hiking trails across farmed alpine pastures. Hundreds of kilometres of mountain bike and cycle paths criss-cross the Gailtal valley. Here you can set off directly from your flat. The Gailtal also offers horse riding, rafting, canyoning and summer tobogganing for body-conscious holidaymakers. In just 15 minutes you are at the border to Italy, Slovenia and in Villach. The town of Villach, the second largest town in Carinthia, has an old town with Italian flair and cosy restaurants. Carinthia's first adventure park on Lake Pressegger See with its Ferris wheel and castle in the air can also be reached in ten minutes by car.
