Near the city of Šibenik, you can find a small but rich town of Primošten. It is rich in natural goods and a beautiful, crystal clear sea. Near the old part of town, you will stumble upon villa Alba that forms part of a complex of villas.

The only thing we are sure about is, whichever you choose, you will not regret it. Around the pool, you can find sun loungers and sun umbrellas and an outdoor toilet is there, too. On the backside of the villa is the private parking.

This villa has a maximum capacity of 8+2 guests. Guests are accommodated in 4 spacious bedrooms, all with an en-suite bathroom. For 2 additional guests, there are sofa beds in two bedrooms. This is a great thing if you are travelling with children, especially smaller children. For a bit of relaxation, you will find the sauna and relaxation room indoors. We know you will be dining mostly in the outdoor dining area, but you can do it also in the indoor one, which is right by the kitchen. The kitchen has it all, from the kettle to the toaster. If you will be in need of warmth, there is heating with A/C units and a fireplace. But, we assure you, you don't have to worry. Most of the days are completely sun-soaked.

Except for the mentioned city of Šibenik, we recommend you take a trip to the cities of Trogir and Split, very famous historical cities. For some island adventures, the villa even offers boat rental!

In the total plot area of 661m2, you will find stunning villa Alba and the first thing you will notice is the view. This kind of panoramic view is a rarity to find! You can enjoy it from the terrace, the pool, or the jacuzzi, your choice.Villa Alba is also a great choice if you are looking for a villa that organizes events and weddings.
